EZ Pass is a Hit: 1.2 Million BES10 Licenses Issued to Security-Conscious Enterprises

Amidst recent media speculation around BlackBerry and hopeful claims of competitors, we’ve been setting the record straight about both our pedigree in Enterprise Mobility Management – as well as our progress.

At our Q1 earnings call yesterday, we disclosed that more than 2,600 enterprises comprising 1.2 million workers are trying out our multi-platform, secure EMM platform, BES10. They are signing up via our EZ Pass program, which makes it easy for companies to try out BES10 for free. More than 10% of those licenses were trade-ins from competing Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Good Technology and Mobile Iron.
